Once again, I come to you with head down in shame. November got away from me. But, today is a new day, this is a new month, and I need to pull on my big girl panties & MOVE!!!
My foot issue is no better, but I just made an appointment for the podiatrist. I haven’t as my fear is he will say “stop walking” which for me is NOT an option, but neither is the pain.
